Synopsis

Jiang Shuo is in the business of buying houses and selling them. He crosses paths with Qin Yi Heng, a psychologist searching for his father, and Yuan Mu Qing who is the daughter of a general. Together, they partner up to fight against mysterious forces. Jiang Shuo suffers from amnesia but is well-versed in the affairs of the occult. Qin Yi Feng receives a letter that contains the countdown to Jiang Shuo’s time of death and evidence of his father’s abduction when he went missing one year ago, sealed with the six-finger seal. Qin Yi Heng becomes determined to track down the only clue that might lead him back to his father. Jiang Shuo is able to use Zhuyoushu to enter another person’s psychological time and space. With only a limited time and threats from the defense mechanisms of a person’s psyche, Jiang Shuo puts himself at great risk each time he tries to find clues that will help him uncover answers. Fortunately, Qin Yi Heng’s psychological prowess and female constable Yuan Mu Qing’s fighting skills are ready to back him up.Adapted from the novel “Xiong Zhai Bi Ji” by Er Shi San.

My review

Wow, this drama has everything :horror, mystery, murder, psychological,romance, drama and the list goes on. I generally try to avoid horror genre, but this one is not mainly dependant on the ghosts but rather focused on mind reading techniques. Our main cast(Jiang Ship and Yi Heng) enters people mind and try to figure out the hidden clues to the mysteries. Each person mind is fragile and they try to infer their manifestation of their thoughts inside their subconscious mind.

Cast and Character in story

Hou Ming Hao as Jiang Shuo
The story begins with Jiang Shuo losing his memory and he is rescued by a street troupe. He is able to read mind of other people and works as a real estate agent. The series begin when the police suspect him for the serial murder as people begin to die in the homes he sold.

Liu Dong Qin as Qin Yi Heng
A psychologist, the second son of the Qin family. His father goes missing when he goes to pursue Medicine in a western country. He receives a clue from the main antagonist Lu Zhi that Jiang Shuo will be his clue to find his whereabouts of his father. He works alongside with him and solve the mysteries together.

 Zhu Xu Dan as Yuan Mu Qing
Daughter of general. She is also works at the local police station. Initially she suspects Jiang Shuo as murder but eventually falls in love with him.

Ending thoughts
